وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُوا وَاتَّقَوْا لَمَثُوبَةٌ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ خَيْرٌ ۖ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ

Sahih International


(2:103) And if they had believed and feared Allah, then the reward from Allah would have been [far] better, if they only knew.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,


(2:103) And if they had believed, and guarded themselves from evil and kept their duty to Allah, far better would have been the reward from their Lord, if they but knew!

(2:103) And if they had believed and kept from evil, a recompense from Allah would be better, if they only knew.

(2:103) If they had kept their Faith and guarded themselves from evil, far better had been the reward from their Lord, if they but knew!
