وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا أَنْفَقُوا لَمْ يُسْرِفُوا وَلَمْ يَقْتُرُوا وَكَانَ بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ قَوَامًا
Quran surah Al Furqan 67 in english translation
Sahih International
(25:67) And [they are] those who, when they spend, do so not excessively or sparingly but are ever, between that, [justly] moderate

(25:67) And those, who, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor niggardly, but hold a medium (way) between those (extremes).
