وَلَقَدِ اسْتُهْزِئَ بِرُسُلٍ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ فَحَاقَ بِالَّذِينَ سَخِرُوا مِنْهُمْ مَا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ

Sahih International
(21:41) And already were messengers ridiculed before you, but those who mocked them were enveloped by what they used to ridicule.
Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,
(21:41) Indeed (many) Messengers were mocked before you (O Muhammad SAW), but the scoffers were surrounded by that, whereat they used to mock.

(21:41) Messengers before thee, indeed, were mocked, but that whereat they mocked surrounded those who scoffed at them.
