Sahih International

(85:13) Indeed, it is He who originates [creation] and repeats.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(85:13) Verily, He it is Who begins (punishment) and repeats (punishment in the Hereafter) (or originates the creation of everything, and then repeats it on the Day of Resurrection).
