إِنَّ الَّذِينَ سَبَقَتْ لَهُمْ مِنَّا الْحُسْنَىٰ أُولَٰئِكَ عَنْهَا مُبْعَدُونَ

Sahih International


(21:101) Indeed, those for whom the best [reward] has preceded from Us - they are from it far removed.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,


(21:101) Verily those for whom the good has preceded from Us, they will be removed far therefrom (Hell) [e.g. 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary); 'Uzair (Ezra), etc.].

(21:101) Lo! those unto whom kindness hath gone forth before from Us, they will be far removed from thence.

Abdullah Yusuf Ali


(21:101) Those for whom the good (record) from Us has gone before, will be removed far therefrom.

(21:101) Surely (as for) those for whom the good has already gone forth from Us, they shall be kept far off from it;
