هُوَ الَّذِي يُرِيكُمُ الْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنْشِئُ السَّحَابَ الثِّقَالَ
Quran surah Ar Ra'd 12 in english translation
Sahih International
(13:12) It is He who shows you lightening, [causing] fear and aspiration, and generates the heavy clouds.
Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,
(13:12) It is He who shows you the lightning, as a fear (for travellers) and as a hope (for those who wait for rain). And it is He Who brings up (or originates) the clouds, heavy (with water).
