فِي أَدْنَى الْأَرْضِ وَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ غَلَبِهِمْ سَيَغْلِبُونَ

Quran surah Ar Rum 3 in english translation

Sahih International

(30:3) In the nearest land. But they, after their defeat, will overcome.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(30:3) In the nearer land (Syria, Iraq, Jordan, and Palestine), and they, after their defeat, will be victorious.

Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall

(30:3) In the nearer land, and they, after their defeat will be victorious

Abdullah Yusuf Ali

(30:3) In a land close by; but they, (even) after (this) defeat of theirs, will soon be victorious-

(30:3) In a near land, and they, after being vanquished, shall overcome,
