Sahih International

(37:29) The oppressors will say, "Rather, you [yourselves] were not believers,

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(37:29) They will reply: "Nay, you yourselves were not believers.

Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall

(37:29) They answer: Nay, but ye (yourselves) were not believers.

Abdullah Yusuf Ali

(37:29) They will reply: "Nay, ye yourselves had no Faith!
