أَلَّا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَىٰ

Sahih International

(53:38) That no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(53:38) That no burdened person (with sins) shall bear the burden (sins) of another.

Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall

(53:38) That no laden one shall bear another's load,

Abdullah Yusuf Ali

(53:38) Namely, that no bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another;
