إِذِ الْأَغْلَالُ فِي أَعْنَاقِهِمْ وَالسَّلَاسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ

Sahih International

(40:71) When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(40:71) When iron collars will be rounded over their necks, and the chains, they shall be dragged along.

(40:71) When carcans are about their necks and chains. They are dragged
