وَمَا يُدْرِيكَ لَعَلَّهُ يَزَّكَّىٰ

Sahih International

(80:3) But what would make you perceive, [O Muhammad], that perhaps he might be purified

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(80:3) But what could tell you that per chance he might become pure (from sins)?

(80:3) What could inform thee but that he might grow (in grace)

(80:3) But what could tell thee but that perchance he might grow (in spiritual understanding)?-
