كَلَّا لَمَّا يَقْضِ مَا أَمَرَهُ

Sahih International

(80:23) No! Man has not yet accomplished what He commanded him.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(80:23) Nay, but (man) has not done what He commanded him.

(80:23) Nay, but (man) hath not done what He commanded him.

(80:23) By no means hath he fulfilled what Allah hath commanded him.
