Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(26:6) So they have indeed denied (the truth - this Quran), then the news of what they mocked at, will come to them.

Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall

Abdullah Yusuf Ali

(26:6) They have indeed rejected (the Message): so they will know soon (enough) the truth of what they mocked at!

Mohammad Habib Shakir

(26:6) So they have indeed rejected (the truth), therefore the news of that which they mock shall soon come to them.

Dr. Ghali

Ali Unal

(26:6) So they have obstinately denied (this Message). But soon they will come to understand what it was that they were mocking.

Amatul Rahman Omar

(26:6) Now, when they have cried lies (to the Messages of their Lord and denied the Qur´ân), there will soon come to them the great tidings (about their own doom and predominance of Islam) which they used to take lightly.

Literal

(26:6) So they had lied/denied/falsified so (the) news/information (of) what they were with it mocking/making fun of, will come to them.

Ahmed Ali

(26:6) Surely they have done with denying; soon will come to them the news of what they were laughing at.

A. J. Arberry

(26:6) So they have cried lies; therefore assuredly tidings will come to them of that they mocked at.

Abdul Majid Daryabadi

(26:6) So they have surely belied; wherefore anon there shall come unto them the truth of that whereat they were wont to mock.

Maulana Mohammad Ali

(26:6) And there comes not to them a new Reminder from the Beneficent but they turn away from it.

Muhammad Sarwar

(26:6) They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked.

Hamid Abdul Aziz

(26:6) But there comes not to them a fresh Reminder from the Beneficent that they did not turn away from.

Faridul Haque
