فَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ أَنِ اضْرِبْ بِعَصَاكَ الْبَحْرَ ۖ فَانْفَلَقَ فَكَانَ كُلُّ فِرْقٍ كَالطَّوْدِ الْعَظِيمِ

Sahih International

(26:63) Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(26:63) Then We inspired Musa (Moses) (saying): "Strike the sea with your stick." And it parted, and each separate part (of that sea water) became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain.

Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall

(26:63) Then We inspired Moses, saying: Smite the sea with thy staff. And it parted, and each part was as a mountain vast.

Abdullah Yusuf Ali

(26:63) Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain.

(26:63) Then We revealed to Musa: Strike the sea with your staff. So it had cloven asunder, and each part was like a huge mound.
