وَقَالَ مُوسَىٰ إِنْ تَكْفُرُوا أَنْتُمْ وَمَنْ فِي الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَغَنِيٌّ حَمِيدٌ

Quran surah Ibrahim 8 in english translation

Sahih International

(14:8) And Moses said, "If you should disbelieve, you and whoever is on the earth entirely - indeed, Allah is Free of need and Praiseworthy."

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(14:8) And Musa (Moses) said: "If you disbelieve, you and all on earth together, then verily! Allah is Rich (Free of all wants), Owner of all Praise."

Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall

(14:8) And Moses said: Though ye and all who are in the earth prove thankless, lo! Allah verily is Absolute, Owner of Praise.

Abdullah Yusuf Ali

(14:8) And Moses said: "If ye show ingratitude, ye and all on earth together, yet is Allah free of all wants, worthy of all praise.

Mohammad Habib Shakir

(14:8) And Musa said: If you are ungrateful, you and those on earth all together, most surely Allah is Self-sufficient, Praised;

(14:8) And Musa (Moses) said, "In case you disbelieve, you and whoever is in the earth altogether, then surely Allah is indeed Ever-Affluent, (Literally: Ever-Rich) Ever-Praiseworthy.

(14:8) And Moses said: "Even if you and whoever else is on the earth were unbelieving and ungrateful, surely God is the All-Wealthy and Self-Sufficient (as Owner of everything that is or could be, so independent of all creation), All-Praiseworthy (to Whom belong all praise and gratitude)."

(14:8) Moses said, `If you turn ungrateful, you and everyone on this earth altogether (remember that) Allâh stands in need of no thanks. Verily, Allâh is Self-Sufficient, Praiseworthy (in His Own right).

(14:8) And Moses said: "If you disbelieve you and who (is) in the earth/Planet Earth all together, so then God (is) rich (E) praiseworthy/commendable."

(14:8) And Moses said: "What if you and all the people of the world deny, God is unconcerned and worthy of praise."
