ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَاهُ نُطْفَةً فِي قَرَارٍ مَكِينٍ

Sahih International

(23:13) Then We placed him as a sperm-drop in a firm lodging.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(23:13) Thereafter We made him (the offspring of Adam) as a Nutfah (mixed drops of the male and female sexual discharge) (and lodged it) in a safe lodging (womb of the woman).

(23:13) Then placed him as a drop (of seed) in a safe lodging;

Abdullah Yusuf Ali

(23:13) Then We placed him as (a drop of) sperm in a place of rest, firmly fixed;
