أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ

Quran surah Ar Rum 37 in english translation

Sahih International

(30:37) Do they not see that Allah extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]? Indeed, in that are signs for a people who believe.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(30:37) Do they not see that Allah enlarges the provision for whom He wills and straitens (it for whom He wills). Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who believe.

Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall

(30:37) See they not that Allah enlargeth the provision for whom He will, and straiteneth (it for whom He will). Lo! herein indeed are portents for folk who believe.

Abdullah Yusuf Ali

(30:37) See they not that Allah enlarges the provision and restricts it, to whomsoever He pleases? Verily in that are Signs for those who believe.

Mohammad Habib Shakir

(30:37) Do they not see that Allah makes ample provision for whom He pleases, or straitens? Most surely there are signs in this for a people who believe.

(30:37) And have they not seen that Allah outspreads the provision to whomever He decides and He estimates it? Surely in that are indeed signs for a people who believe.

(30:37) Have they never considered that God enlarges provision for whom He wills, and straitens it (for whom He wills). Surely in this are signs for people who will believe and who will deepen in faith.

(30:37) Do they not see that Allâh multiplies the means of livelihood for whomsoever He will and makes them scant (for whomsoever He will). Behold there are signs in this for a people who would believe.

(30:37) Do they not see/understand that God spreads/extends the provision to whom He wills/wants, and He is capable/able ? That in that (are) evidences/signs (E) to a nation believing.

(30:37) Do they not see God increases or decreases the means of whosoever He please? Verily there are signs in this for those who believe.
