ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ مَوْلَى الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَأَنَّ الْكَافِرِينَ لَا مَوْلَىٰ لَهُمْ

Quran surah Muhammad 11 in english translation

Sahih International

(47:11) That is because Allah is the protector of those who have believed and because the disbelievers have no protector.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(47:11) That is because Allah is the Maula (Lord, Master, Helper, Protector, etc.) of those who believe, and the disbelievers have no Maula (lord, master, helper, protector, etc.).

Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall

(47:11) That is because Allah is patron of those who believe, and because the disbelievers have no patron.

Abdullah Yusuf Ali

(47:11) That is because Allah is the Protector of those who believe, but those who reject Allah have no protector.

Mohammad Habib Shakir

(47:11) That is because Allah is the Protector of those who believe, and because the unbelievers shall have no protector for them.

Dr. Ghali

(47:11) That is for that Allah is the Supreme Patronizer of the ones who have believed and (for) that the disbelievers have no patronizer.

(47:11) This is because God surely is the Guardian of those who believe, but those who disbelieve have no guardian (acceptable in God’s sight and who can help them against Him).
