وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا الْوَعْدُ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ

Quran surah Ya Sin 48 in english translation

Sahih International

(36:48) And they say, "When is this promise, if you should be truthful?"

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(36:48) And they say: "When will this promise (i.e. Resurrection) be fulfilled, if you are truthful?"

Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall

(36:48) And they say: When will this promise be fulfilled, if ye are truthful?

Abdullah Yusuf Ali

(36:48) Further, they say, "When will this promise (come to pass), if what ye say is true?"

Mohammad Habib Shakir

(36:48) And they say: When will this threat come to pass, if you are truthful?

(36:48) And they say, "When will this promise be, in case you are sincere?"
