أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ طَبَعَ اللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ وَسَمْعِهِمْ وَأَبْصَارِهِمْ ۖ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْغَافِلُونَ

Sahih International

(16:108) Those are the ones over whose hearts and hearing and vision Allah has sealed, and it is those who are the heedless.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(16:108) They are those upon whose hearts, hearing (ears) and sight (eyes) Allah has set a seal. And they are the heedless!

Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall

(16:108) Such are they whose hearts and ears and eyes Allah hath sealed. And such are the heedless.

Abdullah Yusuf Ali

(16:108) Those are they whose hearts, ears, and eyes Allah has sealed up, and they take no heed.

Mohammad Habib Shakir

(16:108) These are they on whose hearts and their hearing and their eyes Allah has set a seal, and these are the heedless ones.

Dr. Ghali

(16:108) Those are they upon whose hearts Allah has stamped (i.e; impressed or set seal) and on their hearing and their be holdings; and those are the ones who are heedless.

(16:108) Those are they upon whose hearts, hearing, and eyes God has set a seal, and those are they who are unmindful, heedless.

Amatul Rahman Omar

(16:108) It is these people on whose hearts, hearing and eyes Allâh has set a seal (for their disbelief). And it is these people who are really heedless.

Literal

(16:108) Those are those who God stamped/closed/sealed on their hearts/minds , and their hearing/sense of hearing , and their eye sights/understanding, and those, they are the ignoring/neglecting/disregarding.
