لَا جَرَمَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَعْلَمُ مَا يُسِرُّونَ وَمَا يُعْلِنُونَ ۚ إِنَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُسْتَكْبِرِينَ

Sahih International

(16:23) Assuredly, Allah knows what they conceal and what they declare. Indeed, He does not like the arrogant.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(16:23) Certainly, Allah knows what they conceal and what they reveal. Truly, He likes not the proud.

Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall

(16:23) Assuredly Allah knoweth that which they keep hidden and that which they proclaim. Lo! He loveth not the proud.

Abdullah Yusuf Ali

(16:23) Undoubtedly Allah doth know what they conceal, and what they reveal: verily He loveth not the arrogant.

(16:23) Truly Allah knows what they hide and what they manifest; surely He does not love the proud.
