(77:1) By those [winds] sent forth in gusts

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(77:1) By the winds (or angels or the Messengers of Allah) sent forth one after another.

(77:1) By the emissary winds, (sent) one after another
